Mouse was convinced that walking would be a rather boring ordeal for a bird.
But as the leaves crunched beneath their feet, Robin told of all the incredible sights he had encountered during his travels, describing distant places that mouse had never heard of before.
Mouse enjoyed listening very much, with wide eyes, his ears perked up. Robin was most delighted to have such an attentive listener.
‘What a magical experience it is to walk this new path with you, Mouse’ he said.
