4. Shipping and Delivery

6. Cancellations and Returns

Physical Goods:

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.To cancel, contact us at the earilest convienance.
• You must return the item in its original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Digital Downloads:

• By downloading digital content, you waive your 14-day cancellation right under the same regulations.
• Refunds will only be given if the digital product is faulty or not as described.
